Frequently asked

Do I need to be a developer to use these tools?▾
No. The deployment guide is written specifically for non-developers. If you can drag a folder onto a website and follow written instructions, you can set up all the tools. The Intelligence Hub does require an Anthropic API key (takes 5 minutes to get, costs very little to run).
Can I customise the tools with my NGO's name and branding?▾
Yes. The Full Toolkit includes instructions for changing the name, colours, and logo in every file. The Custom Setup tier includes OSFEE doing this for you — all tools are delivered fully rebranded and ready to deploy.
What does the Intelligence Hub cost to run per month?▾
Very little. Typical usage for a small NGO team (10–20 searches per month) costs roughly $2–5 USD/month in Anthropic API fees. You set a monthly spend limit yourself in the Anthropic console so it never exceeds your budget.
Are these tools specifically built for Nigerian NGOs?▾
Yes. The grant finder searches specifically for Nigerian and African funding sources. The documentation templates use Naira (₦). The volunteer training reflects Nigerian NGO context, CAMA regulations, and community norms. Everything is built from our own experience running programmes in Edo, Lagos, Nasarawa, Akwa Ibom, and Cross River States.
What happens if I need help after purchase?▾
Email us at orangeskyfoundation@osfee.org. We respond within 2 working days. The Custom Setup tier includes 30 days of priority email support and a 1-hour WhatsApp session with the OSFEE team.
Can I share or resell the toolkit?▾
No. The toolkit is licensed for use by one NGO only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files with other organisations. If a colleague's NGO wants the toolkit, they should purchase their own copy — this is what keeps the price affordable and supports OSFEE's programmes.
